AC WORKS® Flood Restoration Series: Using a Range Outlet for Your Equipment

Flood restorations and bed bug treatments require a lot of electricity. It can be hard to get the juice you need, without tripping circuit breakers, from regular household outlets. But, there are other convenient outlets around the house or apartment you are working in. What other outlets can be used?

Another type of outlet that can be used, which is overlooked sometimes, is the electric cooking range outlet. This outlet can provide up to 50 Amps, and with its two hot wires, it provides 250 Volts.

By using a power distributor, you can hook up several extension cords for all of your equipment, and leave your worries behind.
